In Light Movement #1, Lindsey Rewuski explores an art medium referred to by the term “Lumia". The three main elements of Lumia, as defined by founding light artist Thomas Wilfred, are form, colour, and motion in a dark space. Light Movement #1 is a light composition created entirely in-camera using practical effects such as reflective materials, small motors, hand-painted glass slides, light sources, and physical movement.
